of Ministry Experience

Garry was born and raised in an apostolic family in New Brunswick, Canada. He became involved in ministry from his teen years. He has 55 years of ministry experience as a Sunday School teacher, youth pastor, pastor, missionary to Pakistan, Regional Director for Asia and Director of AIM & Training with Global Missions UPCI. For the past 22 years he has served as senior pastor then bishop of New Life St. Louis, MO, USA.

Victoria was born and raised in an apostolic home in Indiana, USA.  She has served the church all her life in various areas of ministry and church departments including pastor’s wife and spouse of the UPCI Michigan district superintendent.

After the death of their spouses, God graciously brought these two complementary ministries together.

Moffat's translation of Moses' 'Tent of meeting', was a 'Trysting tent'. More than a meeting place but a place of rendezvous for those in intimate relationship with God. Every spiritual leader needs this.

Jesus identified the people who ran after him as 'sheep without a shepherd'. That was not a criticism, it was a fact, he had compassion in them and provided himself as their shepherd.

Oswald Chambers said, "Prayer is not a normal part of the natural man'. True. But we have been born of the Spirit, are now spiritual beings, and prayer ought to be a normal part of our lives.
